FlowHub does not charge commissions on bookings generated through its system. Subscription fees are clearly communicated prior to engagement. You keep 100% of every booking, every appointment, every table — always.

All payments are processed through Stripe or other approved payment providers. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Fees and billing cycles are outlined on the pricing page. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
You may cancel your FlowHub subscription at any time by emailing support@flowhubservices.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. All content, software, branding, and materials provided by FlowHub Services are the intellectual property of FlowHub and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
FlowHub Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Clients may cancel their FlowHub subscription at any time. To request a cancellation, simply send a written request by email to our support team at support@flowhubservices.com.
Once your cancellation request is received, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after that period.
Clients may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge.
